Governing Law and Jurisdiction

If there are any issues regarding this site or our Terms of Use, the laws of Florida will be used. If you want to sue us, you’ll have to sue us either in a US federal court, or in a Florida court. If we sue you, we’re allowed to sue you in the country you live or are present in, or any court with power over you. You agree you can be sued in any of these courts and won’t complain later.


If there are any disagreements between you and our Firm, our Firm can choose to use a private dispute resolution process instead of going to court. Any decisions made by arbitration are not going to be argued further by either you or our Firm. Such private dispute resolution shall take place in Broward County, Florida.

Limitation on Time to File Claims

If we did something wrong and you want to sue us, you need to sue us within 1 year of whatever we did, otherwise you won’t be able to sue us anymore.

Waiver and Severability

If we decide not to uphold or enforce any term in this Terms of Use, that doesn’t mean we’re not going to uphold or enforce the remaining terms, and we don’t lose the right to do so. If a court or other valid authority decides one of our terms are not legal, the rest of the terms still apply.

Entire Agreement

Everything you’re agreeing to by using our website is in our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
These agreements will apply over any older agreements, or other agreements made at the same time between Our Firm, and you, whether they’re in writing, or oral.
